Stake, a UAE-based digital investment platform, has raised $31 million in a Series B round led by Emirates NBD, with participation from Mubadala Investment Company, MEVP, and other regional heavyweights. The funding brings Stake's total capital raised to $58 million across seed, pre-Series A, Series A, and now Series B rounds.

The fresh capital will fuel Stake's expansion into artificial intelligence and asset tokenization, alongside new product development. "Real estate remains foundational to global portfolios, but investor access and transparency need improvement," said Nareej Makin of Emirates NBD, highlighting the strategic rationale behind the bank's investment.

Since its 2021 founding and subsequent 2024 expansion into Saudi Arabia, Stake has built a community of over 2 million users from 211 countries, facilitating more than 250,000 investments. Co-founder Rami Tabbara framed the institutional backing as validation of technology's transformative potential in regional markets.
